Built on years in Karachi property, and a family that stands behind its word.
Al-Faizan Real Estate was founded over a year and a half ago, but the experience behind it goes back much further. Years of working in Karachi property (the viewings, the negotiations, the paperwork, the builders) taught us exactly where investors get let down, and what it takes to do this properly.
The agency is run by two brothers. Faizan Raza leads the day-to-day work (sales, purchases, and rentals, with rentals a particular strength), handling viewings and negotiations across Karachi. Hamid Raza focuses on investors, local and overseas, guiding each one from their first question all the way to final documentation.
Most of our clients can't be in Karachi themselves. That is why our promise is simple: honest guidance, in-person verification, and full transparency at every step. If we wouldn't put our own money into a deal, we won't put yours in either.
